After extensively researching plant growth we decided to test our theories by comparing our 60W (Watt) LED grow light to a 150W HPS light in a lettuce grow test that lasted six weeks. Our 60W model produced 109 grams of lettuce while the 150W HPS only grew 58 grams of lettuce. The pictures below summarize the results superbly.
